Hello Brave Ones,
Let’s get one thing straight: the system is lying to you.
From the moment you opened your eyes to this world, you’ve been fed a steady diet of lies about who you are, what you’re worth, and how you’re supposed to live your life. These lies aren’t innocent—they’re designed to keep you small, compliant, and easy to control.
You’ve been told:
That your value is tied to how much you give, not how much you are.
That saying “no” makes you difficult.
That shrinking yourself is how you’ll be loved.
And let’s be real: these lies don’t come cheap. The oligarchy, the patriarchy, the systems of control—they all profit from your insecurity. They want you quiet, unsure, and desperate for validation that only they can provide.
But here’s the truth they don’t want you to know: you are enough.
Radical self-love is the ultimate rebellion in a society that thrives on your doubt. Choosing to love yourself—not in a superficial, “treat yourself” kind of way, but in a deep, resonant, unshakable way—undermines their entire system.
The Lies I Told Myself
I’ve experienced more than a few life quakes—moments when everything I thought I knew about myself and my world fell apart. They weren’t just challenging; they were dark nights of the soul that left me questioning my worth, my purpose, and whether I deserved a life that was fully mine.
For so long, I believed that my time to live fully hadn’t arrived yet. I told myself that someday, maybe, it would be my time—once I worked harder, gave more, or became “good enough.”
But here’s what I realized: it was my time the moment I decided to claim it.
The lies I’d internalized—that I wasn’t worthy of joy, freedom, or love—weren’t mine to carry. They were placed on me by a world that profits from self-doubt. Letting them go wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. And when I did, I discovered a kind of freedom I didn’t know existed.
If you’ve been carrying lies like these, I want you to know: you don’t have to wait for someone else to tell you it’s your time. It already is. The moment you claim it, you begin to take back what’s always been yours.
This Week’s Tool for Transformation
Here’s a simple exercise to start rejecting the lies:
Catch the Lie: Pay attention to the voice in your head that says, “You’re not enough,” “You can’t do this,” or “You should be more like [insert impossible standard here].”
Question It: Ask yourself, “Who benefits from this thought?” Chances are, it’s not you.
Rewrite It: Replace the lie with a truth that empowers you. For example:
Lie: “I need to do more to be loved.”
Truth: “I am already worthy of love, exactly as I am.”
Write these truths down. Say them out loud. Repeat them until they feel like second nature.
Empowering Music for the Week
This week, I’m turning to “Born This Way” by Lady Gaga—an anthem for rejecting shame and embracing your truth. Add it to your playlist, and let it remind you that you’re perfect just the way you are.
Unfiltered Moment
The system doesn’t want you to know your power because when you do, you become unstoppable. They want you questioning yourself, doubting your worth, and chasing approval that they’ll never give you.
But when you stop believing their lies, you reclaim your freedom. You reclaim your voice. And you reclaim your life.
You don’t need to be “good.” You don’t need to be quiet. You don’t need to shrink. You just need to be you.
This week, I challenge you to find one lie you’ve been told about yourself and rewrite it with truth. Start small. Start bold. Just start.

A Closing Reflection
Loving yourself in a society that profits from your insecurity is not easy—it’s an act of resistance. But here’s the truth: when you stop believing their lies, you start to see yourself clearly.
You are not small. You are not too much. You are not broken. You are whole, just as you are.
Every time you reject a lie and replace it with truth, you take a step closer to the life that’s waiting for you—the one that’s already yours, but buried under the weight of expectations and systems that don’t serve you.
This week, I want to remind you: you don’t have to wait for permission to step into your power. It’s already yours. Claim it.
